Wolf boasts an impressive resume that includes more than 20 years working for the United States Equestrian Team (USET) and United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) in various roles including Director of Eventing, Special Assistant to the Executive Director and ultimately as the Executive Director of Sports Programs at USEF.  As Executive Director Wolf managed the staff that are in charge of programs for 27 breeds and disciplines along with their corresponding events and activities. This includes eight of the FEI-recognized international disciplines: show jumping, eventing, dressage, driving, reining, endurance, para-equestrian, and vaulting.  Wolf was the Chef d’Mission for the US Equestrian Team at every Pan American Games, World Equestrian Games and Olympic Games from 1996 – 2014 overseeing the fielding, funding, equipping and selection of all of the US Equestrian Teams at these championships.

The company focuses in all sports-related areas, but primarily in the equestrian disciplines.  Wolf is one of the primary organizers of the Rolex Central Park Horse Show and the Asheville Regional Airport Eventing Showcase in Wellington, FL.  He consults with the Bellissimo group of companies in the areas of sponsorship and business development.  Wolf continues to work with the USEF as a consultant and is involved in the organization of the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event.
“I am honored to be a member of the Board of Directors of Brooke USA.  I have traveled to developing countries in various locations around the world and witnessed firsthand the plight of working equines in these areas.  I am also aware of the critical role these animals play in the economic lives of the poor in these countries.  I believe the work of Brooke USA is important from both an animal welfare and humanitarian perspective.  It is the only charity of which I am aware that serves this dual purpose.  I will strive to make a meaningful contribution to the work of this outstanding organization.”
Brooke USA is headquartered at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and exists to support the overseas work of the Brooke through fundraising.
Dr. David Jones, Chairman of Brooke USA, said, “Jim Wolf’s experience in the equine sports world will be an invaluable contribution as we embark upon a new five-year global strategy that will affect the lives of millions of equines and tens of millions of people who depend on them. It is imperative that we expand our fundraising presence in the U.S. to meet our strategic objectives, and we know that Jim will play a vital role in that expansion.”
