It’s Time to Get Your Entries in For The 2024 Devon Horse Show & Country Fair

Entries are open for the 2024 Devon Horse Show & Country Fair for the hunter, jumper, and equitation disciplines. Entries close for Hunters, Equitation, Local Hunters, and all Jumpers on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5 pm Eastern time. Entries close for Coaching and Hunter Breeding/Pony Hunter Breeding on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 5 pm Eastern time.

Entries for non-qualifying sections like leadline, sidesaddle, the family class, or other hunter classes are required to include entry, office, stall, drug, and showing fees when electronically submitted. Exhibitors can access more information for entries on specific disciplines here.

Entries must be submitted online at showmanagementsystem.com. Exhibitors may send their questions or additions regarding entries to the horse show office to entries@devonhorseshow.com or call 610-694-2723. There are separate links for qualifying and non-qualifying entries. The full prize list contains information on rules and procedures regarding scratches from the horse show which must be handled in writing.

Your acceptance e-mail will be sent to the address linked to your Show Management System™ account. The acceptance e-mail will contain instructions on how you can accept or decline your invitation and pay any remaining balance through the electronic platform. Instructions will be included in the acceptance e-mail.

Started in 1896, The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair is the oldest and largest outdoor multi-breed horse show in North America and draws in top competitors from around the world. With the grandeur of Philadelphia’s historic Main Line as its backdrop, the show continues to reflect the local traditions and lifestyles of the community. The event is run by more than 2,000 volunteers and offers a variety of boutique shops in miniature cottages, amusement rides and games for kids, multiple dining options, and live entertainment. Proceeds support The Bryn Mawr Hospital.  The Devon Horse Show Foundation is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit. The organization is operated to perform the charitable and educational purposes of The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair, Inc. It also supports the maintenance and improvement of the historic Devon Horse Show grounds to ensure its position as one of the premier equestrian event facilities in the world.
