Prize List Now Available for 2024 Devon Horse Show and Country Fair

Devon, Pa. – February 13, 2024 – The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair is pleased to announce that the 2024 Prize List is now available. As the longest-running and largest outdoor multi-breed horse show in North America, competitors and spectators can expect Devon’s beloved staples such as the CSI4* Sapphire Grand Prix, premier hunter competition, top-tier equitation, carriages and side saddle competition, and of course, the beloved country fair, which offers world-class boutique shopping, rides, games, multiple dining options, and special entertainment events. In honor of The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair’s 128th anniversary, we have added an additional day of competition.

Key Changes for 2024

For the first time ever, The Devon Horse Show will include the 3’3 Junior Hunter, Small and Large sections to its schedule. These sections will be running in the first week, May 22-23, 2024. Please contact: entries@devonhorseshow.com for more information.

The Pony Breeding Section at The Devon Horse Show has been moved to Wednesday, May 22, 2024. This adjustment allows more time for breeding classes and ensures timely execution. Join us for an enhanced experience celebrating excellence in pony breeding.

Additionally, to streamline the timing of events, we’ve adjusted the Saddlebreds & Hackney classes. These changes aim to optimize the flow of the classes, ensuring a smoother and more efficient schedule for both participants and spectators alike.

About the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair

Started in 1896, The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair is the oldest and largest outdoor multi-breed horse show in North America and draws in top competitors from around the world. With the grandeur of Philadelphia’s historic Main Line as its backdrop, the show continues to reflect the local traditions and lifestyles of the community. The event is run by more than 2,000 volunteers and offers a variety of boutique shops in miniature cottages, amusement rides and games for kids, multiple dining options, and live entertainment. Proceeds support The Bryn Mawr Hospital. The Devon Horse Show Foundation is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit. The organization is operated to perform the charitable and educational purposes of The Devon Horse Show and Country Fair, Inc. It also supports the maintenance and improvement of the historic Devon Horse Show grounds to ensure its position as one of the premier equestrian event facilities in the world.
